QuickShopy ("we," "our," or "us") ensures a secure and smooth payment experience for all users. By using our platform, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Payments: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected locations and order amounts
  • QuickShopy Wallet (if applicable): You can add money to your QuickShopy Wallet for faster checkouts

2. Payment Processing

  • All online transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS after successful payment.
  • QuickShopy does not store or have access to your card/banking details.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Issues

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • If the payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.
  • If you face any issues, please contact our support team with transaction details.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
    • Order not delivered due to operational issues
    • Duplicate payment
    • Wrong amount charged due to a system error
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • QuickShopy uses encryption and security measures to protect transactions.
  • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation and account suspension.
