- We deliver to all major locations within the city. If your area is not covered, the app will notify you at checkout.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time ranges between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the restaurant’s preparation time and your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
3. Delivery Charges
- A standard delivery fee applies to all orders. Charges vary based on distance from the restaurant.
- Free delivery may be available on promotional offers or minimum order value.
4. Order Tracking
- You can track your order live through the QuickShopy app.
- In case of delays, our support team will notify you.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
- If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, you may contact customer support for assistance.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be canceled without a refund.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
