Return & Refund Policy

At QuickShopy, we aim to provide a seamless food delivery experience. Since we deal with perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted. However, refunds or replacements may be issued under specific conditions.

1. Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of food delivery, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please report it within 30 minutes of delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  1. Order Not Delivered: If your order is not delivered due to operational issues.
  2. Incorrect Order: If you receive a completely wrong order.
  3. Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled, damaged, or not as described (with valid proof).
  4. Double Payment: If you were charged twice due to a system error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • If you change your mind after placing an order.
  • If the food does not match personal taste preferences.
  • If delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided as QuickShopy Wallet credits (if applicable).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
