"Order" refers to a food purchase made by a user through QuickShopy.

2. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed through the QuickShopy app or website.

Prices listed are set by restaurant partners and may change without notice.

Payments must be made through approved methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, etc.).

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless permitted by the restaurant.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary.

QuickShopy is not liable for delays caused by restaurant partners, traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Users must be available to receive the order at the specified location. If unavailable, the delivery may be canceled without a refund.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are subject to QuickShopy’s refund policy.

Users may request a refund for missing, incorrect, or spoiled items.

Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used.

QuickShopy reserves the right to decline refund requests if claims are found to be false or fraudulent.

6. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.

Harassment, abuse, or misconduct towards delivery partners, restaurant staff, or support teams will not be tolerated.

QuickShopy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

QuickShopy acts as a facilitator between users and restaurant partners and is not responsible for food quality or safety.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

QuickShopy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from service use.

8. Privacy Policy

Users’ personal information is collected and handled as per our Privacy Policy.

We do not share user data with third parties except as required for service fulfillment.

9. Changes to Terms

QuickShopy may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes through email or app notifications.
